FAQs

What types of payment do you accept? 

Currently we accept payment through Paypal and Google Checkout.  Both of these providers accept payment by all major debit and credit cards.

Is payment by debit or credit card safe?

Yes. Paypal and Google Checkout are both secure ways to pay by debit or credit card.

Paypal store your information on highly secure servers and have a powerful encryption with which to send your data so that it is kept safe.  Paypal do not share your financial information with sellers.

Google Checkout has a fraud protection policy which covers you against unauthorised purchases made through Google Checkout. Google Checkout do not share your purchase history or full card number with sellers.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

If you wish to open an account with us while placing your order then you can do so. This can make future purchases quicker and easier.

However, we do have an express checkout option using Paypal so that it is not necessary for you to open an account in order to purchase items from us.

What guarantee do I get with the products I purchase?

Products sold by navitas crystals are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one year.  We cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

We do not have any requirement for you to spend a certain amount before we will accept your order.  Some companies do this as they have to pay charges for card purchases but we feel that this is unfair to our customers.  If you wish to purchase just one tumblestone from us then that is absolutely fine but please bear in mind that the more you order the more value for money you will have in relation to your delivery charge, as this will be calculated by the total weight of your order.

What is your returns policy?

If you wish to return an item to us for any other reason than a defective or damaged product, you need to notify us using our contact form within 7 working days of receiving your purchase that you wish to return it.  We will then email you returns paperwork to be returned with your purchase.  The item you wish to return must be returned to us within 7 days of your cancellation notice.  The item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received by you.  We will then provide a full refund.  In this situation you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Please note that this returns policy does not apply to CD’s which have been unsealed.

All refunds will be confirmed via email.

What should I do if my order is damaged on receipt?

We will pack your order carefully and do all we can to ensure that it cannot be damaged during delivery but should your purchase arrive damaged then please notify us immediately using our contact page.

We will contact you straight away to advise you what to do next. Our aim is to ensure we find the best solution for you, this is why we request that you contact us before returning the item.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.  You will not be liable for any postage costs for returning damaged items.

Please note that as crystals are naturally formed they can have ‘imperfections’ which are unavoidable.  Any such ‘imperfections’ will not affect the healing properties of the crystals. Please bear this in mind if you are returning crystals as defective.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

We sincerely hope that you do not have any reason to complain about our service, but if you do then in the first instance you should contact us, preferably by using our contact form or in writing and explain the nature of your complaint.  We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible and will endeavour to resolve the any complaints within 5 working days.  If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately we will provide you with a time estimate as to when we hope to be able to provide a solution.

What is your privacy policy?

We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and all the information you provide to us will be treated in accordance with this legislation.  We only collect enough information to allow us to process your order and send you our newsletter if you have requested that we do so.  We do not require you to provide us with a telephone number when you place an order but it would be helpful if you could provide one so that we may contact you in the event of an email failure.

We will not contact you for any other reason than processing your order, answering any queries that you might have or sending you our newsletter if you have requested us to do so. 

Please be assured that the information you provide to us will not be passed to any third parties.

Can crystal healing or other complementary therapies be used instead of traditional medical treatment?

All the information provided on our website is provided in good faith and for information purposes only.  This information is gathered from published references and our own experiences.  This website should not be used as a means of diagnosing or treating any illness.  Crystal healing and other holistic therapies are always intended to be complementary to and not a substitute for medical treatment.  If you are concerned about any aspect of your health then you should consult your doctor or other qualified health practitioner.
